male
Two years ago, I went to three waterfalls in Kanchanaburi province in July. One waterfall yielded unique odonates from other two waterfall, though this waterfall is in between. One of those species is Devadatta argyoides.
It's very surprised to see this species here because it is recorded only in the South not here in West Thailand. There's at least one species found in Thailand.
female
It's a large damselfly. Male is dark brown like the female but is pruinosed in aged male. Wings are hyaline and darken in tip. Female is brown with hyaline wings. Darken area in the wing tips are braoder than those of the male.
You can found this species in January-July in West and South Thailand.
